Diane K-24: You are right: The jurist "Sisters" Barbara McQuade -- University of Michigan -- and Joyce Vance -- University of Alabama -- are the go-to legal experts during the litigation and appeals during this election cycle.
Even Trump has a redeeming value. All his legal challenges give the Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeal a chance to make lasting, sound jurisprudence, if they had the wisdom of Benjamin Cardozo and Felix Frankfurter.
Or some may fear that our Justices resemble more Roger B. Taney of Dred Scott infamy.
