Go Blue for Your Mental Health
Just sayin’ that blue is not a sad color. Make a list of lovely blue images, and suddenly you feel better, not blue. This is the The Year of Blue 💙🇺🇸💙!
Haven’t you heard the phrase “the bluebird of happiness”? Sure you have. Seeing a bluebird in your yard is a gift. They perch on limbs and wires before they nosedive to the ground to nab insects. Their bright blue is heavenly as they fly away.
If you aren’t attracted to ocean waves, you are in a minority. Blue waves are mesmerizing, and before long we begin to be philosophical as we think of all the people who have watched waves across the earth. We feel connected to other wave-lovers and wonder if global warming will take away such blue delights. We have become bluer and environmentally-concerned just sitting and absorbing the healthy salt air and absorbing the endless blue waves.
Now it’s your turn. Share your favorite photos of the blues in your life. Let’s inspire one another this March and not let the extremists get us down. We will win!
Blue skies, my blue bike, my blue jean jacket...love this positivity! We must think 💙all year!!
Death Valley’s Palette
Sky’s blue serenity,
Mount’s golden ruggedness,
A silent dichotomy,
Elegant and boundless.
