“Which Side Are You On?”

Our country has been threatened from within and without by a red minority plague which has destroyed the Republican Party and endangered all citizens, especially women and non-whites without apology.

For the last 10+ years a strange foreign red plague has been ruining our environment, SCOTUS, local and national media so silently but contagiously. We now see the mountains of red dollars towering over our unsuspecting, uninformed voters. A trumpeter elephant shouts out his big red horn to the world that he and he alone can fix America, a country that doesn’t need to be great again. It has been and always will be great if the red-Trump-cult leaves America’s governing bodies and courts.

Knowing that such a leavetaking won’t happen overnight, the blue party led by Kamala Harris and other sane politicians will have to work long after 2025 to stamp out the red plague. They are to be commended for taking up the fight to prevent our citizens from being ruled by red money which has been donated to get more power, more money, more bitcoins, more fossil fuel money to keep the profits which will never trickle down under any Republican president. Ever.

It’s up to Blue America and Green America to save us from ruining our environment being destroyed by climate change deniers and election deniers in the Republican Party. The extreme left must realize that by themselves they will not win unless they vote Blue for Kamala Harris too. That will give decent Americans 4 years to work together to change the future of America. We must not divide the vote and put Trump back in power because everyone except the billionaire class and maga cultists will make decent Americans stay in the red valley of depression, endangered health and environment with the poor never rising above the red mountains of poverty.

The scene below is what the Blue Democrats and sympathetic Independents and moderate Republicans must focus upon. United we will have the Mountain View of freedom and fresh air that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden before her have always had in their hearts. They have hearts not made of gold like Trump and his sychophant hangers-on. We must not let a political party of fraudsters and felons take our glory or our freedoms away. We owe it to posterity and the world that depends upon America to lead us as it always has. Vote Blue! Vote Harris! Be honest. Don’t you already feel refreshed this past historic week with Kamala Harris standing up and speaking truth to power? I certainly do! 💙🇺🇸💙

Which side are you on?

“This is a 1941 recording of "Which Side Are You On?", performed by the Almanac Singers.

"Which Side Are You On?" was written in 1931 by Florence Reece, the wife of a union organizer for the United Mine Workers(UMW) in Harlan County, Kentucky.

In 1931, the miners and the mine owners of that region were locked in a violent struggle (Harlan County War). In an attempt to intimidate the Reece family, Sheriff J. H. Blair and his men (hired by the mining company) illegally entered their family home in search of Florence's husband. Florence and their children were terrorized by the experience.

That night, after the men had gone, Florence wrote the lyrics to "Which Side Are You On?"

The melody was adapted from a traditional Baptist hymn, "Lay the Lily Low".
