O Happy Day, My Blue Nordic Walking Poles Arrived!

If in doubt about beating vertigo, be safe. When choosing good walking poles, go Nordic and be happy! I’m excited and relieved they arrived before the weekend. Wish me luck!

My 💙blue one-piece poles arrived from Amazon today, and I’m reading instructions. They are perfect, custom for my 5.2, and lightweight. The Nordic walking straps are well-made. I’m going to practice posture and technique on the patio (yeah, it’s where I fell)! Then I’ll walk!

I had hoped it wouldn’t be raining. Meanwhile here’s a photo of me (my arm) attached to one pole and holding the other pole. Where’s my photographer when you need him? Sleeping in! I can’t wait to go walking! Blue+blue poles!

These poles are so lightweight but sturdy that I’m fascinated by the construction. They are expertly designed for safety and easy handling. Stop raining!!!
