Hmm Matt sometimes get vertigo - the Palmer method , I believe it is called helped somewhat… these are ideas for a future gift for him!

I’ll let my dog stay home for serious walking; we would only get to the end of the block with sniffs and duties haha! He’s 11 and tires fast, and I can’t carry a 75 pound dog home lol!

I definitely need a set of these Diane! One of the trails I walk has rocks and roots every where!

To walk on rocky or gravely trails or grass, you remove the rubber tips in favor of the steel points. The rubber tips are for indoors or street surfaces mostly.
