We need levity this year as we encounter hooligans, mafia-level politicians and other loud, whinny public non-servants of the People. Vote our election-deniers.
I’d upload a photo of a D-Block cell I took on Alcatraz a few years ago, but I don’t thing Comments and Replies have that ability.
A few weeks ago on a comment to a Robert Reich newsletter on the same subject, I suggested exile to Guantanamo Bay. The super max in Colorado is too nice.
That jail cell photo is way too cushy. Take the tour of Alcatraz. That’s more like it.
Michael G.: Agree in spirit, not in fact.
For all the mythology of Alcatraz, that prison was in use for only 29 years.
The prison closed in 21 March 1963, when I was 15 years of age.
Growing up near Huntington Beach, Alcatraz was already a legend in California for its hardened criminals in the 1950s.
Why don't I agree in fact. Because "take the tour of Alcatraz" literally wishes Trump to tour a National Park.
From the steep hills of San Francisco, the Bay, including Alcatraz Island, are beautiful.
Maybe Trump in Supermax with Robert Hanssen.

If you create a link, or one exists, Substack will take your link.
For example, here is a short video of parts of D-Block:

From the following source (with a former inmate's narrative about 19 days "in the hole" (i.e., solitary):

Here is a site with some worthwhile pictures:

Thanks, I’ll check them out, Armand. The photo looks stark—perfect for the orange DJT.
You have to save the photo to your photo album so you can select it on Substack.
Agree.
